Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / Post Office norms. Once shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

2.3. Delivery Time

While delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen, most domestic orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. SSENSE LLC is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

 

3. International Shipping

3.1. Shipping Methods

SSENSE LLC plans to offer world-wide shipping to most countries. The available options for international countries and their respective fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

International orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

3.3. Delivery Time

International orders can take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing. SSENSE LLC is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

3.4. Duties and Fees

Any customs, tariffs, or additional taxes are not included in the shipping fee. Duty fees or any related charges for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

 

4. Delivery Issues

4.1. Lost or Damaged Products

If your products are damaged during transit or if you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will do our best to address the situation.
