Thank you for shopping with Ssense Beauty! We appreciate your trust in our skincare and haircare products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 working days.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Damages & Shortages:
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 business days so we can claim with the carrier.
Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. Do not remove any seals, or shrink bands or open any product(s) that you received.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is a result of our error or if the item received is damaged or defective.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Due to hygienic reasons, personal care products are not returnable.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
